By accessing this website or scheduling services with BioXpress Labs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
BioXpress Labs is a professional specimen collection service. We provide:
We do not perform laboratory analysis ourselves. All laboratory testing is conducted by independent CLIA-certified laboratories. We do not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations.
We provide our services in the Charlotte, NC area (in-office and by appointment) and the Greater Houston, TX area (mobile by appointment).
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to schedule services on your own behalf. Services for minors must be scheduled and authorized by a parent or legal guardian, and additional consent or court documentation may be required for certain DNA testing.
You may schedule services through our online booking system, by uploading a physician order through our intake form, or by phone. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule any appointment. If we cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer to reschedule at no additional charge or refund any prepayment.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Charlotte office; we recommend calling ahead so we can confirm the right collector and supplies are available for your specific test. Houston service is mobile-only and requires advance scheduling.
For court-admissible and other legally-relevant tests, we follow strict chain-of-custody procedures. To preserve the legal validity of your test:
Most results are returned within the timeframes published for each test type at the time of booking. We do not guarantee specific turnaround times. Results are issued by the testing laboratory and delivered through our secure portal, to your healthcare provider, or to your attorney as applicable.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of laboratory results. Results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare provider, attorney, or other appropriate professional. Information delivered through our website or services is for informational purposes and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at booking. Payments for specimen collection services are generally non-refundable once the collection has been performed. If you have a billing question, contact our office promptly so we can address it.
