Family courts, USCIS, and most state agencies require AABB-accredited testing for relationship determinations. A non-accredited lab is a re-test waiting to happen.

Standard turnaround on a contested case is 4–6 weeks at most labs. That doesn't work when the next status conference is in ten days.

Concierge collection

We coordinate directly with the parties — or with the facility, if incarcerated — and conduct the collection on-site. Your office stays out of the logistics.

Documented chain of custody

Every step is witnessed, photographed, and signed. Samples are sealed in your presence, transported with documented custody, and processed by an accredited lab.

The attorneys we work with most often aren't sending us referrals because we asked. They're sending them because their last contested-paternity case closed two weeks faster than the one before, and the result wasn't challenged.

We also send referrals back. Clients who come to us looking for a family law attorney and don't already have one need somewhere to land. We'd rather that somewhere be a firm we know does good work.

A note on referrals

We don't pay for referrals and we don't accept payment for them. North Carolina Rule 7.2(b) and the equivalent Texas rule both prohibit fee-splitting between attorneys and non-lawyers. The relationship works because the work is good — not because anyone is being paid to send it.
